I'm Narelle and I'm the Founder and Director of
My Concierge Perth.
My Concierge Perth is a bespoke, premium lifestyle management company providing personal assistance and concierge services to busy, time poor individuals and families. Those hard workers who cannot take time off work to meet a tradesmen or contractor, FIFO workers who can’t leave their site to attend to issues at home while they’re away. If you don’t have the time, inclination, or resource to carry out a task then we’re here to help.
Who are we?
Myself and my team are passionate about what we do, we love building up relationships with our clients so we can foresee their needs, in some cases, before they do! Service and discretion are our highest priorities, unless we have permission i.e. via testimonials, you won’t hear us talking about our clients. Ever!
We are fully insured and police checked.
We are often asked "what is it that you actually do" and the answer to that is pretty much anything, as long as it's legal and ethical. Whether that be tackling your to do list at home or sourcing a hard to find item from overseas, you can be assured that we'll deliver.

What does a Personal Concierge actually do?
A Personal Concierge can perform all the tasks you don't have time for, all the jobs you don't want to do, or all the tasks you don't feel you have the expertise to carry out. We can add valuable time to your life by carrying out these tasks on your behalf so you can enjoy your freed-up time doing the things you love.
How long can I use your services for?
You can use our services for as long as you need our help, whether that’s an hour, a day, a week, or a month. Some clients retain us on a monthly basis and call us just when they need us over that period whilst other clients utilise our services for one off events or situations. Every client is different and so are their needs, so we tailor our services to match, offering a truly bespoke service.
How do I engage your services?
You can make initial contact with us by phone, email or using the form on our Contacts page. We like to start with a chat over the phone, a face to face consultation or call via Skype should distance be an issue, so that we can get to know you a little better and plan where we can assist you in managing your lifestyle.
Do I have to sign a contract with you?
No, there are no contracts, so you are free to relinquish our services at any time, although we do ask that you sign our terms and conditions before we commence working with you. We are fully flexible and will tailor our services to fit your needs personally - no two clients are the same.
What areas do you service?
We cover the metropolitan area of Perth but also assist clients virtually, who are further afield in Australia and overseas. We can also assist anyone in Melbourne too.
